How’s your head hun?

‘How’s Your Head Hun?’

No, really? 🤔

As part of my collaboration with Merakai Brewing this month, we created a check-in survey which we’d love you to complete. We really want to understand exactly how you’re feeling right now – don’t worry it’s anonymous too.

Take the survey

This short survey will provide us with a little temperature check of our community right now. It’s a great way to give everyone an opportunity for you to jot down how they’re feeling in a few short minutes. We hope that by sharing the results at the end of the month, we can strengthen our community in the coming months (and beyond) because we are definitely stronger together. 💛

How’s Your Head Hun? A beer with a heart

The ‘How’s Your Head Hun?’ campaign may be about to end but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get involved. Throughout the whole of April Merakai has ran a whole host of initiatives, offering advice, and activities to further support our community and to raise vital funds for West Sussex Mind. You can still buy a raffle ticket and be in with a chance of winning some awesome prizes.

Buy a ticket and donate to West Sussex Mind – quick – you have until midnight 30th April!

As part of my partnership with Merakai, I hosted a series of Instagram Lives with some pretty awesome people. Visit my Instagram profile and watch all these all back. Every single live is there to prompt a discussion and open a dialogue within our community around mental health. Here’s a lowdown of what you can watch with a handy quick link to go straight to each one:

  1. Emma from Merakai discussing the inspiration behind ‘how’s Your Head Hun?’
  2. Debbie Watkins, Community Fundraiser and Communications Manager for West Sussex Mind introducing the resources and support this amazing charity offers, as well as how you can get involved in future.
  3. Lorraine Copes, Founder and CEO of Be Inclusive Hospitality providing us with a hospitality industry check-in and how we can all support each other and do that little bit better.
  4. Dulcie Swanston, Author of It’s Not Bloody Rocket Science, Public Speaker, Founder and Owner of Top Right Thinking, Executive Coach. @itsnotbloodyrocketscience. Reveals how we can become more resilient and also build good habits starting today.

Thanks so much to Merakai for inviting me to be part of this campaign. I’m super grateful to have connected with so many people in the beer / hospitality community on a deeper level throughout this campaign.

Let’s keep talking.
